Speakup at boot

Hi Cheryl,

it looks like you are not running the latest speakup.  The full_time was
adjusted upwards to 40000 in git to fix this issue.

You can adjust the value yourself by doing this as root:

echo 40000 > /sys/module/speakup/parameters/full_time

Then, if you are familiar with using speakupconf, you can save this
setting.  If the setting is not saved, you will need to some how run the
above echo command every time you reload speakup.

Your other option is to install and run speakup from git.
