Hi, B M I (Bruce Municipal Internet) in the Bruce Peninsula, coversthe Owen Sound and collingwood areas. They do not officially allow hosting, but do not block port 25 or any other ports. Wehn I asked them about hosting, they said, as long as it doesn't interfere with their service to other clients they don't care. 5.0 Mb 800Kb up at $29.99/month and no extra charge for dry-loop.
