speakup 3.0.3 is out

All,

speakup 3.0.3 has just been committed to the git repository.

The difference between this version and the previous version is that we
are now starting to use a kernel thread.  This means that we are moving
toward being smp compliant eventually, and also it should help with
realtime tasks, like audio processing and burning cds.

Things could be unstable for a while, but we definitely need your bug
reports, so if you are up to it, you can get this version from the git
repository.
