ttsynth configuration

Hi, Scott:

Build the Speakup Connector on your i386 (32-bit) machine, then copy the
binary this creates, spk-connect-ttsynth, to your x86_64 (64-bit)
machine. The connector will not build on 64-bit machines, but a 32-bit
binary connector will run on 64-bit machines.
