In that case, I recommend you format one drive or partition or what ever
as FAT or FAT32 or what ever you want to use, and another using one of
the Linux filesystems. Then use a boot loader like grub to switch
between the two when you want to change operating systems. Linux will be
able to read the FAT based drive or partition with no problems.
