speakup "remembers" old screen

Hi. I find the problem most reproducible (as Kenny said), when text is scrolling. In my case, I have a 200x81 (columns/rows) terminal. Kirk, if you are looking at reproducing the problem/bug, 
I would say this is the best way to do it.
