This is a speakup issue, which seems to be taken care of if you have cursoring turned on. If that doesn't solve it, then setting window coordinates for that line, and turning on read window should probably take care of it. My solution is to leave the bns in its default of software handshaking, which still does cause me to miss a line or 2 at the bottom of the screen while reading the full screen, but that's better in my opinion than having to hit prtscr all the time.
