Has anyone else had this problem? When recording with alsa via the mic input source, it records very quietly and is statucky. And in VMWare in Gnome, it records very quietly and the recording, at least in Sound Recorder, sound a little sped up. I am running the latest Alsa drivers and am using Slackware 12 on my desktop, which is the computer this is an issue with. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Jerry
