OK, i went and did some research on how to install ssh. now, I am doing apt-get install ssh, and it is telling me the package is obsolete, or not found, I know I have a network connection, because I used the ping command. I did apt-get update, and still nothing. it said it failed to get some files, when I go look at /etc/apt/sources.list the only thing I see is a reference to the cdrom drive for some reason...
