Trying to compile 2.6.10 with Speakup

I do not believe that it is possible to compile 2.6.10 with Speakup
2.0 because of a console code change. Please obtain the latest
kernel from www.kernel.org and the CVS checkout script for Speakup
from www.linux-speakup.org. Follow the instructions on the Speakup
site for patching the kernel.
