You'll likely get video and audio on board the mb. Do you have a particular interest in additional devices? For what tasks? At what price range. For example, are you looking to do professional level audio work, perhaps with something like the RME 9652? The www.alsa-project.org site maintains a db of supported audio devices. It's worth checking there if you want to go beyond the basic sound that ships with mother boards. Red Hat maintains a hardware compatibility list for devices. Are you needing dual frame buffer support to run magnification under Gnopernicus, for instance? Or are you looking for video capture from something like Myth TV?
