Anything similar to this CD that talks for blind users?

You can get Knoppix, I think it is found at the SpeakUp site.
Maybe a friend or neighbor can download it and burn it for you.
It is free and I think it is quite good.

This is an ad for a current product from E-bay.  I wonder if anything 
similar to this might be currently available to someone like me new to 
linux who'd like to set  it up even though I have only a Dubltalk external 
box and atypical windows PC cable of running windows 98se.

If such a product for blind PC users exists please advise where I can 
purchase such a CD, as I have only dial-up access and obviously can't 
easily download it.

If such a disk does not exist it would be a real winner for folks like me 
wanting to start using linux.
