New speakup 'Read All' Command in CVS for litetalk driver

Has the DEC express been done yet? If not, I would be happy to give it a 
shot.

I have just done a CVS checkout, and according to the changelog, there 
has been no change since my last checkout.

What code in the litetalk driver identifies the read all command?
