I am running OS X 10.4 with VoiceOver here on a Powermac G3 300, and for 
the most part, it is quite usable. It takes ages when collating a list 
of links or items in Safari, but that is the slowest thing I have found 
so far.

I am going to be getting a CPU upgrade soon anyway I think, but find it 
ok for now.
