getting off my windows dependency

Why would browsing by line, word, or char be a browser feature? It seems
to me such functionality is the responsibility of the assistive
technology, not the browser.

Also, when you say "tab browsing," what does that mean? Is there some
unique definition of tab browsing in elinks?
