It doesn't work with Slackware 10.0 and not with the latest Fedora version. I tried to compile a Kernel with Slackware 9.1 - Version 2.4.26 - the compile went along well but it still doesn't work. I posted it to this list a while ago but didn't get any response. I'm now trying to get the software synth to work but that seems pretty difficult. I hope I can do something about it otherwise I can't go on using linux. Can anyone in this list give me some help as to what might be wrong or what I could try? I don't want to buy a new synth just because of this! It seems there aren't many in this list using Apollo II! Can anyone give me hints about synths that aren't too expensive?
