Hi folks,

Well, it was a snap. Slackware 9.1 needed no tweaking or tuning
except to select dhcp in the netconfig script. I am getting
identical transfer speeds to my former DSL connection, and am
learning to get along without my ppp interface okay. I used to
perform all sorts of tricks in my ip-up and ip-down scripts which
I no longer execute.

Next step, firewalls and netfiltering. Cheesh!

Chuck
