      Yep, it's busted.  Kirk is aware of the problem.

      You sound as if you're willing to use a 32 bit kernel.  If so, you 
can find the latest FC2 kernels at 
ftp://linux-speakup.org/pub/speakup/disks/fedora/2/RPMS
