ogg123 problem fixed

I looked over the man page to the sox command and I'm pleasantly
surprized at the additional format options available now.  That also
solves my mp3 decoding questions as well.  I also like madplay's
display but I can't seek around inside the track with it but that
might come some day.  But for decoding in batch, the sox route should
work well.  I think the respective libraries are required to be
present for these other options to work such as libvorbis and whatever
is needed for mp3's.
