ogg123 problem fixed

Well I fixed the problem by using the vorbis-tools Debian package. 
Perhaps I may never know what caused my compile problem, however when 
dpkg bitched bout not having the dependencies I found that it had 
already coppied ogg123 to /usr/bin. Then I moved it to /usr/local/bin 
and perged what was left of the package, and here I go with a working 
binary.
