I have to agree with you there Allex. I mean all a cable isp really knows is Cable TV. If you are really paranoid about an isp finding your services encrypt all your traffic so they can't prove a thing. Use 2048-bit SSL on an Ircd or something. Sometimes one has to sacrifice speed for security...
