Wrong.

The fault doesn't start with Microsoft. They don't owe us anything.
They're perfectly welcome to sell crappy, bad-tasting beer, if they want
to. 

After that, though, you're on track. The events of the past two weeks
are a golden educational opportunity. We need to cease the day.
