Hmm...doesn't take much of an emagination to figure out what they're
running.  I mean the government is complaining and complaining about the
insecurity of our infrastructure, but isn't the solution obvious? get rid of
winblows! Especially on crucial computers like those running that signaling
system mentioned in the article.
