speakup.i and ide-scsi conflict

Hi.  On most systems, you should have the config file for yur running
kernel in /boot.
It gets copied from the source tree or the boot floppie you used during
the install.  If you install your new kernel manually, you will have to
copy the config file to /boot, but most automated installs copy it for
you.
