I don't know english very well and I assume this is an expression. Does it mean "if I know to untar the files and to install the drivers? If yes, well, I don't know. I've compiled links from its source, but this is my first compilation. If there will be any compilation problems, I won't know how to solve them, but I will ask. I hope I will find a good driver. However, I've ran a Perl script that tested the modem and it told me that this modem has an optical / electrical bla bla (I don't remember the term) and that it is very possible that I won't find any driver for it.
