Well I can say that I am doing the reverse and it works great..
running vmware under windows and inside vmware Linux, I've heard that jfw
does work.. but you have to have x windows up and running to install and
configure vmware for linux so it is kind of hard for some totally blind
people totest it.. unless there is someway to set it up with out using the
x interface.
