Janina yes, it looks like this has two alt keys. I've got to get sited help to help me install redhat on this as 1 I don't know the laptop keyboard, and 2 with out screen review functions or a normal keyboard I have no clue how to get this thing to work. though from looking at the keyboard I think it has two alt keys.
