is there a way to emulate my Keynote PC as an accent in linux.

No the emulation was done entirely in software.
You can't emulate an accent unless you run dos and the device driver.
You'd need a driver for the ISA card; theoretically possible
but quite a bit of kernel hacking. Pulse data don't even support
the isa card anymore.
