Hey gang. I'm trying to successfully authenticate from box1 to box2 using ssh2 and an id_rsa key which I created with no password. I created the key on box1 and copyed the id_rsa.pub to box2 under .ssh/authorized_keys2 yet i cannot connect from box1 to box2. I get a password request and then have to enter the password. I've done this before with ssh1 using identity files and it worked by not asking me for a password. Is there something I've overlooking? -- If you perceive that there are four possible ways in which a procedure can go wrong, and circumvent these, then a fifth way will promptly develop. Raul A.
