Moving from 0.08 to 0.09

Since Speakup is a kernel patch, basically to upgrade it, you need to make
and install a new kernel. So first you'd just patch the kernel with V0.09,
then run make oldconfig make bzImage etc. ... Install the new kernel and
reboot from that.

If you have a V0.08 install disk, go ahead and install with that so you
have a talking system, then patch the kernel and build a new one. If you
want to make new boot disks, I suppose you can do them but with a V0.09
Speakup kernel.
