This feature is considered deprecated for many years already. As you can
see by the change done here, there are only few drivers that still
support that.

So, I consider that's quite unlikely we have a user of non-standard baud
rate using so ugly mechanism (instead of BOTHER one that allows to set
any possible baud rate).
