Subject: drivers/scsi/hpsa.c: use find_first_zero_bit()

Use find_first_zero_bit to find the first cleared bit in a memory region.

This also includes the following minor changes.
- Use bitmap_zero
- Reduce unnecessary atomic bitops usage
