I tested the problem I described in the commit message above
(qcom-cpufreq-nvmem with interconnects) and it works fine
with this patch.

I also tested probe deferal with interconnects with just cpufreq-dt
(second patch), and that works fine as well.

And the changes look good to me too. :)
