It was based on what you had said last month [0] that "given how long
v4.19-RT is out, it should "stable" / it should not have any known bugs
/ regressions. If so, I am not aware of it. If there is anything,
please let me know" along with the rest of that email.

Hence usage of the word "perhaps" in my email. Of course there's no gua
rantee that problems aren't discovered later, which seems to be what
you're referring to, just like "around August I backported a handful
patches for v4.9-RT because futex was broken in some corner cases."
