I think the concern is that it's marked as the "development" version on
the wiki [0] and has also not made its way into linux-stable-rt.git
which has 4.14 as the most recent one. It remains in linux-rt-devel.git 
which is consistent with the wiki saying it's "in development". Perhaps
it is in fact "stable" and should be officially blessed as such with
both a wiki update and being added to linux-stable-rt.git?
