best path to get a RT patched ARM kernel

Trying to figure out the best path to take to get a stable RT ARM kernel.

I see a 2.6.26.8 patch -- is ARM support stable in this kernel?

I also see 2.6.29 efforts, but testing indicates ARM support is not
stable there yet. Who all is working on ARM RT support, and is it
known what needs done yet, or are we in the mode where testing is
needed and we fix things that are broke.

Thanks,
Cliff
