If that is the dependency order, then yes..

k.o accounts are personal, they are not linked to companies

A k.o account holder can request a 'shared' space on k.o with access
control, but not a 'company' account.

So whoever gets accounts needs to have PGP signatures, which means
they need to attend some conferences..
