given that PREEMPT_BKL=y was the default since 2.6.8 of course the 
comment in your commit log was incorrect. There was no "mid air 
collision" whatsoever.

huh, why should i be bitter about the semaphore performance bug that got 
solved? All i'm asking for is for you to stop calling people names.
