   Yes.  Unfortunately reinserting all policies was a bit too unwieldy
   when I wanted them to be ordered by destination prefix length :)
   
It looks like one of the major weaknesses of AF_KEY.  The other major
limitation of AF_KEY is it's synchronous dumping model.  This latter
thing however is more a relic of BSD routing sockets....
