Sorry i think i misunderstood your question. The hash function seems to
be good, i did some quick tests and feed it 91951 source ips from my firewall
logs. i used my own ip as destination, IPPROTO_TCP for proto and a random
value for ipid. results are available as gnuplot image at
http://www.informatik.uni-freiburg.de/~mchardy/screenshot.jpg
X-Axis is number of hash slot, Y-Axis is frequency.
