TCP timer "unkn-4"?

Hello,

"netstat -t -o" output sometimes looks like this:

Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address Foreign Address State Timer
tcp 0 25024 localhost:18080 localhost:3763 ESTABLISHED unkn-4 (95.18/0/0)
tcp 24128 0 localhost:3763 localhost:18080 ESTABLISHED off (0.00/0/0)

and this connection appears to be stuck for several minutes
(when the timer goes to 0, it starts again with long timeout
a few times, the other two numbers after it remain 0, the
Recv-Q and Send-Q numbers don't change). What is "unkn-4"?
I've seen this first on two 2.4.3 machines, but it just
happened on 2.2.19 too... Is this something to worry about?
netstat is from net-tools 1.60-1 (Debian woody), not that old...
It all happens after some time of ssh -L forwarding several TCP
connections between squid proxies.

Thanks,
Marek
