NAK.

I accepted the initial commit of this driver in this "fixed configuration" 
form as a work-around for a case, where you either don't have (proper) 
documentation, or you have only been able so far to get this one fixed 
mode to work, but I don't want this driver to be extended in the same 
pattern: by adding more magical address-value pair sets for several 
pre-selected fixed modes with no logic whatsoever, and I do not want a 
patch like this - with mixed style clean ups and functional changes 
either. Please, split the clean up part from this patch and please work 
towards calculated modes, avoiding presets as much as possible.

Mauro, please, revert.
