No problem.  I will take care of these tonight (some of them are
unrelated to my changes but happened to appear in the diff so they got
flagged).

Also, I am tempted to set the cx18 alsa driver to only work for
kernels > 2.6.25, so that I don't need any of the PCM lock changes,
which are totally unvalidated and not needed by the customer.
