By the way, lest someone gets the wrong idea... I think mtk has done a
fantastic job with the man pages recently, and I certainly don't want to
replace him.  I think he should push into the kernel tree via git like
all the other maintainers (for the relevant portions, obviously --
section 3, for example, doesn't make sense in the kernel tree.)
