I see in your attached dmesg that you are actually running Fedora, in that case
I can actually provide pre-build kernel rpms with the patch for you.

I'll try to make some time to write a patch for this and provide rpms sometime
this week.

That is good to know, that means that the driver also needs to reset the chip
on resume (and restore any non default settings). I'll add this to the patch.
