Bug 93651 - access to /proc/<pid> of a process does hang

Hello,

want to let you know about this bug:

Stack-overflow: no Signalled crash, just hanging and eating CPU and some mem,
increasing load, blocking tools that access /proc/<pid> of the hanging executable.
