I see the following failures when testing on kernel that doesn't have
ext4 encryption configured

+mounting ext2 "test_dummy_encryption" checking "test_dummy_encryption" (not found) FAILED
+mounting ext2 "test_dummy_encryption=v1" checking "test_dummy_encryption=v1" (not found) FAILED
+mounting ext2 "test_dummy_encryption=v2" checking "test_dummy_encryption=v2" (not found) FAILED
+mounting ext2 "inlinecrypt" checking "inlinecrypt" (not found) FAILED
+mounting ext3 "test_dummy_encryption" checking "test_dummy_encryption" (not found) FAILED
+mounting ext3 "test_dummy_encryption=v1" checking "test_dummy_encryption=v1" (not found) FAILED
+mounting ext3 "test_dummy_encryption=v2" checking "test_dummy_encryption=v2" (not found) FAILED
+mounting ext3 "inlinecrypt" checking "inlinecrypt" (not found) FAILED
+mounting ext4 "test_dummy_encryption" checking "test_dummy_encryption" (not found) FAILED
+mounting ext4 "test_dummy_encryption=v1" checking "test_dummy_encryption=v1" (not found) FAILED
+mounting ext4 "test_dummy_encryption=v2" checking "test_dummy_encryption=v2" (not found) FAILED
+mounting ext4 "inlinecrypt" checking "inlinecrypt" (not found) FAILED

It seems like we should check if CONFIG_FS_ENCRYPTION and
CONFIG_FS_ENCRYPTION_INLINE_CRYPT have been configured.
