Sorry for not posting sooner. I had hardware problems with my computer.
I tried rm -rf /lib/modules/`uname -r`/kernel/drivers/media
It works under kernel 2.6.24 but not under 2.6.25 (I tested it under
fedora 9 and sidux).
Here is where compilation end with kernel 2.6.25 after make :
