Thanks for your advice it works.
I know this option of dvbstream but when i test the command "dvbstream 8192 -o > test.ts" with an old kernel Example: Mandriva 2006 or 2007 with kernel 2.6.12 it works i don't have to precise the frequency for my output file when the frequency is already tuned for example with kaffeine.
