DVB-T initial scan file for Santander, Spain

 Hello. In the end, I did not need this file, because "w_scan" with the "-X" option already gave me a "channels.conf" ready to use with "tzap"; but since it is already created I send it to you.

 I hope this is the right place for this, I have never written to a mailing list before.
